Appearance suspended acoustical ceiling depends on the materials used and the quality of installation. The company “Yu-Met” produces components compliant TU5285-003-79227238-2006, and ensure that the materials, structural and qualitative characteristics meet the prescribed standards.
The installation must comply with the recommended scheme, providing the appropriate level and secure connection. For a successful installation of the ceiling requires appropriate working conditions. It is recommended that the temperature is in the range of 14-25 C and a relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Materials should be stored in secure locations, and ceiling panels in the room where they are intended for the installation of at least three days prior to installation.
Measuring and planning are critical first steps in the installation process.
Measurement and placement guides should be made from the center, which means that the center of one of the guide should be sent to the center. Planning begins with the drawing room, which shows all the walls, including niches, windows ledges, beams and stairs. Attention is drawn to the direction in which the beams are (if they exist), and that the architectural drawings may prescribe perform work in either direction. Identify the main line and lateral guides so that the panel adjacent to the wall, made up at least half of the panel (300 mm).
Label the desired height of the ceiling (while retaining at least 70 mm away from the lower vent pipes and beams).
Measure and mark the wall for all angles above the installation (add the height of the wall molding to the desired height of the ceiling). Repel smeared chalk lacing and check the level. Measurement of the beam up or down on the floor is not recommended because both may not be horizontal. Install corner molding so that its upper edge is on the chalk line, making a mark fixing points at a distance of 350 mm apart or closer. Cut the corner molding 45 to install it in the internal or external corners or simply connect two pieces of wall molding butt in the corner portion (as shown in the illustration).
To ensure the horizontal level, tighten the laces along the line, which will occupy the main guide.
Insert the nail between the wall and corner moldings at the marked locations – this will help you to fix the string. Pull the laces another perpendicular to the first, where there will be the first row of the transverse rails. It will indicate the location of the first of a number of pre-cut slots. Make sure that the lace running along the lateral guides, at an angle of 90 to the main rail, using the method 3-4-5. Install the suspensions at a distance of 1200 mm from each other on the main guide lines. Install hangers, using the appropriate plugs, screws or other devices. After final assembly of hangers, the free ends of the wire to bend recommended.
Attach the main guide to the suspensions.
